Smart Recording brings the power of Zoom AI Companion to cloud recordings, allowing you to organize your cloud recording into sections called smart chapters, get the key takeaways in a quick and digestible format through recording highlights, identify action items to take after the meeting or webinar with next steps.
Enable Smart Chapters in Settings
1. Go to Settings, AI Companion, Recordings to enable Smart chapters. See AI companion for more details. Select Smart chapters - by selecting this, your recording will have chapters with overview that can be edited.
2. Once the recorded meeting has ended, go to Recordings in the side menu. In Cloud recording, select the meeting. Click on the Video to be taken to the Editing page.
3. At the bottom of this page, go to Summary and smart chapters. There will be a Summary paragraph and smart chapter sections. Each section, when selected, will have a summary at the bottom. To edit smart chapters, select Edit Smart Chapters when you hover over a section.
