- Ensure that you are accessing Connect using the pre-configured external tool link for MH Campus in your course. Grade sync to Moodle will not work if you or your students are accessing Connect in any other way.
- On the "activity sync list" page on Connect, change the sync method (e.g. Best Attempt, Last Attempt, etc.) to a different sync method and resync.
- After syncing using the alternate sync method, go back and switch the sync method to your actual, desired method and resync.
- The grades should now show up in the Moodle gradebook.
