As a host, you may see this message if you open another application or browser window on top of whatever it is that you are actually sharing with your meeting participants. For example, if you are sharing your Chrome browser and then you open up a Word document on top of the browser, Zoom has trouble figuring out what to share.
To avoid this, simply share your computer screen (default share setting). Zoom won't have any further issues because it will simply show whatever is on your screen.
