1. Open the VoiceThread you wish to download.
2. In the upper left-hand corner of the VoiceThread, click on the menu (3 dots) icon and select VoiceThreads.
3. Select the 3 dots at the bottom of the chosen VoiceThread, select Share (blue arrow).
4. In the Share screen, select the Download icon.
5. Select Export. You will receive an email notification when your export is ready for download, and that email will include a link that takes you directly to the Export page. You must download an export within 90 days of initiating it. If you wait longer than this, you'll need to re-export the VoiceThread. The export will be in .mov file format.
