If you have created a form or want to create a form in your PowerPoint, follow the steps below.
In the PowerPoint you want to insert a Form:
- Click on Insert in the Menu bar. Find Forms. Note: If Forms is not in the Insert menu options, go to Home, select Add-ins. Choose Forms.
- Once selected, a side menu will appear with all the forms you have created. You also have the option to create a New Form or New Quiz.D
- Once created or selected, two options will appear: Present for Interactive meetings or collect response offine. Choose the best options and the form will appear in the slide.
- Note: The options for this form will appear when you hover over the top right of the slide.
